The two bikes has different criterion of comprasion. First is a light, more milage bike. While another on is heavy with good pickup bike. In other words level of quality depends on design, manufacturing and delivery, assurance of products.
ISO 9000:2000 are such type of set of rules which guides orgnization to improve its quality.
